Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the new Government regulations before booking. Currently you need to follow the ‘rule of six’.
Laserzone Coronavirus Safety.
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world.
Your safety has always been our number one concern. We here at Laserzone wanted to take a moment and talk about how we are taking action against the coronavirus and any other germs/viruses.
All of our equipment is cleaned/disinfected after each use. We use anti-bacterial and anti-microbial cleaners on all of our equipment and will continue to do so with vigour.
We sanitise all surfaces throughout the building, but will step up the process to ensure your well being. We will be working diligently to provide a safe playing area for everyone in the Laserzone.
THERE WILL BE A QR CODE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING TO ENABLE TRACK AND TRACE DATA.
Our building now has a one way system to help keep customers a safe distance from others. This also includes a new reception area and briefing method to aid the one way flow.
Please follow the staff’s instructions and signage on arrival for the new laser game experience.
If you are just dropping participants off to play please ensure you leave the building promptly and use the exit door and not the entrance to leave.
Parties and larger bookings will now have exclusive use of the arena and a reduced amount of participants will be allowed in the arena at any time.
To help to ensure everyone’s safety, a new booking system has been introduced to reduce money handling and over crowding in the building. (This can be found HERE)
In addition to these actions, we are asking employees who are sick to stay home. If anyone has a fever or becomes sick while at work, they will be immediately sent home.
We also ask that everyone follows these simple steps to protect themselves and others:
Wear a face covering in the building.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
Keep the building clean and germ free by throwing away your used tissues in the bins provided.
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol.
We have hand sanitiser available throughout the building, but we always recommend washing your hands if you can.
We hope that these measures give you confidence that we are taking the necessary precautions in this evolving situation. We remain committed to providing you and your family with friendly, clean, fast, and safe service.
For additional information about COVID-19, please read the latest report from the Welsh Government or your local health department website.
